Looking for a role that's more than just driving? At DCB we're seeking a hands-on Truck Driver and Labourer to keep our high-end residential projects moving. From transporting equipment to pitching in on-site, this is a role for someone who values variety, teamwork, and a job well done.
DCB is a Sydney-based builder delivering bespoke, high-quality residential projects. From meticulous demo and structural works through to final clean and handover, we're known for craftsmanship, integrity, and clear communication. We combine decades of trade know-how with modern construction tech (including our own project management platform) to give clients a smooth, transparent build experience.
As our Truck Driver and Labourer, you'll ensure sites are kept supplied, machinery is moved safely, and jobs run smoothly. When not on the road, you'll contribute on-site, supporting trades and learning new aspects of the building process.
What you'll be doing
- Load, float, and unload equipment, materials, and machines
- Load and tip rubbish
- Pickup from suppliers and deliver to sites
- Safely transport supplies between sites across Sydney
- Assist with site labouring as required
- Complete daily logs via the company app
- Use hand and power tools where needed
- Follow directions precisely and maintain safe work practices
What you'll bring
- MUST HAVE MR OR HR LICENCE
- Minimum 2 years' experience driving trucks or similar vehicles
- Construction experience essential
- Forklift/telehandler ticket preferred (not essential)
- Punctual, reliable, and professional, non-negotiable
- Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
- Willingness to be part of a team and learn on the job
- Current White Card (or ability to obtain before start)
- Full working rights in Australia
